I would like to inform you that the check-out is usually at 11, as written in the booking, but we gave you a 2 hours late check-out with no extra charges, i'm sure you appreciated that. I'm a bit surprised to read about the noise as our windows are double and anti-noise, but I'm really sorry if this disturb your night. also, I'm sorry if you misunderstood what was included and not included on the special rate you book. the most, i apologize you felt cold in the room and as i told you on your check-out, you could call the receptionist who could fix it immediately.
