The people that work there are great. Unfortunately we needed a quick place to stay before leaving for the airport, but the walls are paper thin and we could here everything from the unit next to us.

Very conveniently located near the airport. It was a lovely BnB. The shuttle to the airport was a bonus. Perfect place to stay the night before flying out. The staff were wonderful.

I wish I knew that they didn’t have any trains stations or buses that go into this town so you definitely have to pay for the shuttle to the airport or pay a taxi but the hotel is super cute and the staff are super friendly.

Owners are amazing
Marco and Alessandra (sp?) were amazing . Such great hospitality. Close to airport, and they provide the shuttle service that was so stress free. The room was so clean and so comfortable. I was just there to rest my head for a short night to catch an early flight and it was perfect for my situation.

You can't beat the location of this place and the convenience with their pick-up and drop-off service to FCO. The breakfast spread is definitely worth it and a nice start to your travel day. The Inn is clean and maintained really well. We had one of the rooms on the top floor with a bunk bed for the kids. It fit us and 3 large roller bags well for an overnight stay. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into each room and also with the room, toiletries and other amenities. The breakfast that they offer downstairs, which was setup as a spread for our table and it was really good. We also used their drop-off shuttle and it was super convenient. Remember that both of these are cash only and to have enough cash to pay for these, in order to save a side trip to get more cash (which they were happy to do on the way to the airport). I would definitely stay here again, especially if leaving early, or in the metro area just for the night and not visiting the city.

An amazing guesthouse. In my 30 days in Italy this was the nicest room. The hosts were terrific. They even offer a shuttle service to Fiumicino airport.

Alex, Marco, & their children were extremely helpful in getting us from the airport, providing help in figuring out transportation to the sites we wanted to see, having amazing breakfasts, assisting us in ordering dinner in, & just making our stay fantastic! We loved the big balcony & spacious room with all the really nice amenities! We stayed for 3 nights & would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful night's Day at this lovely Inn near the airport. Shuttle picked us up, check-in was easy, they made dinner reservations for asset a fantastic little seafood place walkable distance, breakfast looked fantastic that we did not have time to eat it, and after a quick cappuccino they took us back to the airport for our flight out. The room was clean well equipped and the family-friendly staff exceptional!

When I think of an airport hotel, I have low expectations. A place to sleep then go. This location challenges that thought. A friendly welcome from a family owned and operated small Inn. An ultra clean and conveniently located place very close to the airport for a quick morning get away. Great locally owned restaurant recommendations, and a friendly atmosphere make this the place you should stay, if you need to be around the airport. Thank you for a great experience.

Property was nice and clean. The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed (4 pillows, each with different thickness - small but really smart detail), good shower and solid AC. You can tell the owners put a LOT of pride into the experience for you. I was here to catch an early flight the next morning and could not have been happier.

L’hôtel est près de l’aéroport et ils offrent un service de navette ce qui a été parfait ! Pour environ une dizaine de minutes de marche, il y a une panoplie de restaurants pour tout les goûts. Il y a également la plage. Je recommande vivement !

Gracious hosts! Family owned BNB and family is very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. Older property with newer upgrades in bathroom. 10 mins from airport and a shuttle (new comfortable van) service is available for a reasonable fee. Punctual shuttle managed by BNB.

From the time we arrived, Marco the owner, took great care of us personally checking us in and assisting up tho the rooms. The room was IMMACULATE AND CLEAN. I have OCD and was amazed how spotless the place is. It truly makes a different from a hotel to a family owned inn. They take great care and pride of their unit and shows throughout. And the breakfast...FANTASTICO. That truly was the best breakfast throughout my entire stay in Italy for just 10 euros..it was too much in fact. I felt guilty not finishing the entire breakfast. And our server, she was super kind and attentive to our needs. Lastly, Marco provides airport transportation (extra charge but still cheaper than Uber/taxi). That was the main reason we chose this place also. The taxi had a national taxi strike that day we left and we needed to be super close to the airport that provides airport transportation. OVERALL, EXCELLENT AND LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING BACK HERE!

The owners were excellent. Very pleasant and welcoming. Can’t say enough about how nice and accommodating the owners were. The is property immaculate. Awesome place if you need to stay by the airport for early morning flightThe service was the best. The owners directed local attractions and dining. And when our ride service didn’t show up, they shuttled us to the airport without hesitation. Highly recommend.

This is a charming establishment that is family run. The breakfast was wonderful and thoughtful. Close to airport, but unfortunate the shuttle service was not included. Very nice place.

Rome Airport Inn
This property was so clean, it was a pleasure to stay there. A wonderful family owns and manages the hotel and they could not be more helpful. I had a slightly injury that required minor medical attention. The hotel owner literally walked me the a pharmacy and explained the problem to the pharmacist… apparently in Italy pharmacists can diagnose and prescribe. The Hotel provides a shuttle to the airport at a fee of 20€, much cheaper than a cab for one. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach so that was very nice and would be great if traveling with children. A breakfast was available at additional fee. It combined the normal Italian/European options as well as eggs cooked to order.

This family run hotel was great.The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and modern. The free water, juice and pop in the fridge was something that you usually do not get at other hotels. The small touches like a dental kit that included a toothbrush and paste and a shaving kit in the bathroom plus paper slippers made us feel special. The breakfast wether included with your room or you pay for is exceptional. They have a 4:30 pm check in which could be a problem if you arrive earlier. Location was good as there many restaurants whithin walking.

We needed someplace to stay for one night near the Rome airport. This seemed like a reasonable option as many of the other hotels were sold out. It is a bed and breakfast type hotel. You specify the time you need breakfast and they prepare it for you. Nice spread and can order eggs/omelets, etc. They do run a shuttle to / from the airport which is an extra cost but cheaper than the local taxi. several good restaurants available within walking for dinner. Lunch is more of a challenge to find. Owners are very accommodating and friendly.

Actual visitor, stayed there 9/26/23, this place is great. Very nicely finished, new amenities, very clean, excellent service, roughly 10 minutes from FCO airport, can recommend without hesitation. Pro-tip - taxi's from FCO are stupid expensive, they have a shuttle service to and from the airport that is less than half the cost of a taxi.

This is a lovely boutique hotel - very clean, great airconditioning. 10-15 minute drive from the airport. The not so pleasant-- When we checked in we were informed we needed to pay a local tax (no problem) and a 50$ fee for their shuttle service (for 2 people) to and from the airport *in cash only*. We were informed if we did not have cash they would stop by an ATM on the way back to the airport - there was no other option. I told the receptionist this would not have been a problem if we had been asked in advance and she said she sent an email. I checked my inbox and cannot find this email. The shuttle service and the breakfast are not included in the price --this is very understandable for a small business but this is not clear in the advertisement.

What a beautiful, charming Inn to visit! Indoors and outdoors everything is lusiously appointed and so inviting. Wish we had arranged to stay more than overnite - we had to miss breakfast too :-) Alessandra e Marco are delightful hosts!

Quiet, small property near the airport. The Inn is family run and the staff is lovely. Shuttle service to and from the airport was incredibly convenient, and they even dropped my wife and I off at a restaurant for free after we got settled. We woke up to coffee, even before they were scheduled to open their breakfast buffet. This was such a lovely find, and we were happy to have booked it.

Staff (Enrico and Maria) were extremely helpful upon check-in, giving us multiple options for restaurants and a map of the area. The town is walkable and we felt safe. Shuttle service to the airport the next day was perfect and very reasonable. Our room was clean, updated and very comfortable. We would for sure, stay here if arriving and departing from FCO Rome Airport!

Our stay was perfect. Easy check in, comfortable stay, convenient to Rome Airport but without feeling like you’re staying near an airport as there are restaurants and a beach nearby. Lovely breakfast and very thoughtful hosts. Thank you for our stay. We look forward to returning for our last two nights in Italy before we fly home.
