"Good hotel in a lousy area of the city. Formerly a commercial/industrial area on the edge of the city, the landscape is certainly not the view you would expect of Rome, however little complaint in the hotel which was clean and modern with a good breakfast selection and quality."

"My mom and I had an incredible time at Villa Agape! We visited during our birthday and the staff made us feel so special! The villa even upgraded our room free of charge to a gorgeous room with a view, because the day we checked in was my mom and my birthday! We felt like princesses and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The food was incredible and grounds and gardens around the hotel were magnificent. Villa Agape made our first trip to Florence a memorable one in all the best ways! "

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was stiflingly hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option due to constant loud road noise. The bed was extremely hard, and both the room and overall property felt run down and poorly maintained. There was also a nonstop blinking light inside the room that made it difficult to relax or sleep. Service issues added to the frustration. Housekeeping walked into my room at 8:50am without knocking, which was completely unacceptable. When I asked the front desk for a corkscrew, I was told they didn’t have one available — a basic amenity I would expect from any hotel, especially one claiming four-star status. The only highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which was genuinely good. Overall, this is not a four-star experience — perhaps 2.5 stars on a good day. I would not stay here again."

"Very nice room with space to move around. Super clean! The staff was really helpful & kind too. It was right near the bus route which is how we ended up getting all around Rome once we figured it out, which was not hard. "
