"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, however the location is not the greatest to get to and from destinations. I spent a lot of money on transport and it was quite expensive. I can’t comment on the Spa as it was closed until the 27th September. The staff were friendly and provided good assistance."

"The hotel is very good and convenient for the Funicular railway and for the new town. It would have been handy if there was some information in the room as to how the Air-Con worked. I took us three days to find the contriol. I think a little sign above the control with the words "Air Con" would ..."
