"Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff.
My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "

"Amazing stay at Hard Rock Hotel Marbella!
What a fantastic hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by incredibly friendly staff nothing is ever a problem for them. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable.
The food is absolutely super: from the delicious breakfast to the meals and the excellent cocktails, everything was top quality. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is great and everything is perfectly taken care of.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come...
