I offered you another room on the second floor. I went into room checked your room out and offered you another room. I offered to go into the room with you to check it out before moving your room. I never saw or heard back from you. Upon looking up your reservation I realized you had pre-paid with a third party in that case they are non-refundable and non-cancellable reservations. To that care of the issue at hand I was willing to move you into another room. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Currently our breakfast is an expanded continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, a local hot item each day, pastry items, toaster items, yogurts and fruit as well as coffee, tea, decaf and three juices. We welcome suggestions for additional items with limitations as we have a limited service kitchen designed for delivery of a continental breakfast product. Our front desk staff is available 24/7 to assit with any issues or requests, and we encourage guests to reach out to us so that we may address any discomfort or disturbances promptly. We hope you reconsider staying with us again in the future and give us the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable and peaceful stay.
