What an amazing place, certain areas need a bit of updating in the pool area but the place is superb. We will definitely go back again

We booked here last minute as the hotel we had booked in San Juan had no water for the foreseeable future. It was a great place to just chill and relax, and is close to lots of useful things in the area. The pool area was quiet and relaxing. The bar had a decent selection for a hotel, and the lunch sandwiches were also surprisingly tasty. The free breakfast was basic but did the job! We stayed here for 10 days and fell in love with Vieques and the Seagate. The location is great and it is easy to walk into town to cafes and restaurants or the beach. Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed, small kitchen area, and lovely terrace with a view of the sea. The staff here, especially Kelly and Penny, are wonderful, so helpful and knowledgeable. The property is beautiful.

The room was very clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped, with additional amenities available from reception - the outdoor shower for sandy feet and hammocks in communal areas were also a welcome addition. Great location, fantastic staff, delicious food. Can't fault it, would highly recommend to anyone staying in Vieques.

I arrived early by long walk and the staff (Denice) was kind to let me check in way too earlier than usual check in time. Everyone here is very helpful and friendly. This adds to enjoyment of the trip to such a wonderful place

We arrived at hix, to a room we had paid £200 a night for, to the room looking nothing like the website. I had booked it 3 months in advance and was very excited, we’d booked for 5 nights The room was dark and the lights that did work were cold, the shower and toilet room was really dire and quite frankly looked like a prison, it looked like the room hadn’t had a lick of paint and update since the build.
