"The staff were super nice and very efficient. Such a great customer experience. Location had more homeless than other areas, but overall not much of a problem. I liked the central location and nearby restaurants/pubs. Room amenities were great - very clean, free bikes to ride, kitchenette, safe, huge comfortable bed.. everything you want. Very impressed!"

"Our first room was trashed, the bench broke as soon as we put our bag ontop of it, the blinds were broken, the bathroom dirty, the tablet cracked, it was rough and we asked if we could move to another room which staff quickly accommodated.
