"The room was a 5 out of 10 clean. The bathroom tub, toilet, floor, and sink all had long black hairs. My sister has short gray and I have medium blond hair. Not OURS! The corners of the bathroom and room obviously were neglected; especially behind the bathroom door. Far from the worst room we have ever stayed in but not the best either. It is a pet friendly hotel but it was filthy in the back units were a dog trash can and poop bags were! It stunk and was gross!"
