"Awful place if your not playing golf or eating at the restaurant. Extremely rude manager in the restaurant who couldn't fathom someone asking for a plate to eat a takeout that was ordered to the hotel."

"Location was gold to get on motorway to Walsall and sufficient parking. However, booked so we could use spa facilities on our free day and upon arrival found these were out of action completely so very disappointed. Receptionist just told us that parts ordered and would be up and running Monday! ..."
