"The Chalet is not in the place hotels.com stated it was. I based my choice upon distance to the ski area. Your website states its a 9 minute walk to the ski lift. In actuality it was a 20 minute drive. The information on your site was contradicting and turns out I had to pay the the owner directly at an additional 500 swiss francs. Chalet was beautiful and clean. Owner was very kind and understanding. Location was just wrong for us. We were a total of 5 with dog. The chalet was 150 meters...

"Ich habe gebucht und wir sind hingefahren und ahben nicht die gebuchte Unterkunft beziehen können. Das ist eine frech heit, Verarschung. Wir wurden vor der Haustüre zurückgewiesen weil dort ein Mann schon Lebte. Wir wollen unser Gäld zurück und eine Entschädigung für den Weg weil eir über 200 km gefahren sind.
