Hotel is in a great location near the train station. The rooms and restaurant were great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The only issue was that the bed was like sleeping on concrete.

Solid hotel; there is room for improvement

My experience was mostly okay. I think rooms should have coffee machines (4 EUR for a cup of coffee at the bar seems like a lot--though there is a nice coffee shop at a walking distance from the hotel). I had a dessert at the bar/restaurant, which was overpriced and not well done. Even if the restaurant has good reviews, it didn't impress me. Staff also made sure to underscore they were fully booked (but service wasn't excellent). Room was comfortable. One pro is that I got an early check-in free of charge. But I think there are better options in the area, in terms of cost-benefit. Gym was okay (they should have a water station, though, as it is kinda annoying to use the bathroom to refill your water bottle).

Inconsistent service level - Room cleanliness not cope to other Hilton hotel s, always forgot to fill up bottled water , or tea or coffee bags , some places in the room was dusty , no care sets till requested (cotton pad , cotton buds, toothbrushes …etc) Had a BB mouse running around in the restaurant on 18 March which made me feel very uncomfortable Auto charged on my credit card for Euro 60 without my permission then finally it ‘s canceled till I further clarified with the staff

For a Hilton, the property was subpar. The shower in the bathroom leaked so much we had to put down bath towels to keep the floor from getting soaked. Very few TV options. No local or worldwide channels, no movies, and no way to connect your device or stream anything. No ice machines. He had to go all the way down to the bar in the restaurant to get a bucket of ice. We would not stay here again.

There were extra costs that were not included in the booking. I left a deposit with 100 and 50 notes and got 5 and 10 notes back. When I politely asked to transfer it to me, I was told "it's not possible" with incompetent managers, something like this happens. When booking on Expedia there was a 150 euro deposit. On site they asked for 500 euros per person. I had the feeling that I had been taken for a ride. Next time Rotterdam yes Hilton no.
