The proximity to the CBD is excellent - only a short walk. The room rates are about half the rates of an upmarket place. Overall very comfortable and excellent value. "We absolutely loved our stay at Nautica residences in Hillarys. The location is perfect with shops, food, beach and aquarium steps away. The property feels super secure with gated entry at all access points and the below ground carpark was very convenient and secure also.
