"What you see is what you get! Surely not a premium-experience. But you get a lake-view, funny neighbors and a warm queen bed for 88$ a night! The owner was super kind and helpful!"

This hotel deserves a better rep.
"I saw a lot of negative reviews and was pleasantly surprised at how erroneous they were. Everything was clean and orderly. The desk clerk was polite, albeit a little deficient in English and clearly overworked. The cleaning staff was top-notch. The bed was clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. ..."
