Hello, you were sent an email to the location of our main check in office which is a 1 minute drive away, it may have ended up in your spam folder. This is the first we heard about the towels and linens being old and specifically disgusting? We launder all our linens offsite post guest stay, used or not. We do not however, use scented laundry soaps for guests with sensitivities. We do hope on your next visit you will communicate with us any concerns you have so we can investigate and correct promptly. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your review. Please rest assured, we have only industrial cleaning supplies and washers/dryers and we clean all of our linens after every stay. We had to switch to scent free chemicals as many guests with scent sensitivities cannot handle scented detergent.

We are extremely sorry this was your experience at Casey's cabins on your vacation. It is important to note providing a warm stay is a priority in the winter months, we provide all of our guests with a map and an emergency phone number should there be any issues with heating, plumbing or electrical during your stay, we would have been happy to do all we can to ensure your comfort needs were met. Please also note any missing necessities would have been by mistake and again we would have been happy to stock the cabin promptly. Casey's cabins are economical and priced aggressively low for a cabin in Ruidoso especially given their location in the heart of midtown. Upon review we will look to find ways to improve guests' stay at this location and do take your complaints seriously.

Hello, we are sorry this was your experience, we have since upgraded the Wi-Fi mesh system and we have 24 hour maintenance staff that would have been happy to re light your pilot light that likely went out on your hot water heater due to our elevation in Ruidoso! The 24 hour number we provided would have been happy to help with the TV. We do hope you choose to stay with us again.
