"This was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Walked into the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke the toilet was not cleaned and had splatter in it. If that wasn’t enough the water did not work and was unable to take a shower. Asked for a refund and was given the run around and ultimately given a whopping 9 dollar. Avoid This hotel at all costs. There are many others to choose from don’t choose this one "

"Checking in was smooth and Om was very efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was cozy with nice sheets, mattress and pillows. I didn’t need to go out to get my bedding and that is very rare. The TV was a nice sized display with a clean working remote. I wish I could have stayed another day. So, I will return!"

"The check in staff member was nice and friendly, but after she left the rest of employees were short and loud due to being disturbed from their computer screen. This was my first time visiting this Best Western in Clear Lake. As a member I've never been denied a continental breakfast. The food was being prepared for a church group only and had a closed sign outside the door. Luckily I found breakfast a cross the street at Grandpa's Cafe. It's a shame to give this Best Western a lacking review...

"Okay so. Staff were kind and friendly so I was conflicted when writing this review. I reserved 2 rooms. 1 was fine but the other smelled like mildew. We kept the bathroom fan running and the window ajar but couldn’t escape the odor. Possible the room was closed up after shampooing carpets, not sure. The bathroom did appear to have mildew along the floor at bathtub. I’m sure they would have given us a new room and in reflection, I’m not sure why I didn’t ask. Prob tired from the trip. "This place was very clean for how old it was and pretty quiet. We slept good and it was affordable."
