"Excelente localização. Apesar de não ser no centro histórico ou junto a estação de trem, o acesso a esses pontos é muito rápido e confortável pelo Tram, o bonde elétrico (VLT) local, gratuito para todos. O hotel é muito bom, vale a pena reservar o café da manhã. Tem local para guardar malas com senha. ..."

"Nice hotel with very accommodating staff and close to bus stop. Beware that one of the buses to the airport does not run on sundays. All in all in was a nice stay, however the beds were extremely uncomfortable. It's like they went all out on everything else except the beds. Also the snacks and water ..."

"Reception staff seemed completely uninterested as to when I would receive my 50 Euro deposit back. Two weeks later I have still not received my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
