"Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. "NOT A 4 BEDROOM. this property is advertised as a 4 bedroom and it is only a 3 bedroom. We had 8 adults. 2 of the adults had to sleep on a couch. There was only 6 Bath towels so 2 of the adults had to drip dry.
