"The hot tub didn't work. The microwave wanted to hold my food hostage and had to unplug it for it to unlock and open. There weren't any vending machines so you could buy random drinks from the office for a ridiculous amount."

"It’s not the Ritz by any means, but given it’s a decommissioned river boat, it was incredible. Rooms were clean and well maintained, if small and aged. Staff was amazing.
