"Booked this hotel for convenience but we were caught by surprise. The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable for kids and us, is close to so many good restaurants and major shopping area. Yokohama has always been one of our favorite cities in Japan, so we will return."

"The staff was very helpful calling taxis for us. The hotel was busy, and my floor was loud. Some families allowing children to run the halls and people having full, loud conversations in the hallways at night. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji. "First time in Japan. Glad to have selected this hotel. We had a beautiful view of Yokohama bay. Great room....bath tub. Fitness room- a little tight but had sufficient equipment. The on site buffet- wonderful."
