"Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was great. Staff and cleanliness was great as well. The room I had the bathroom tub leaked and dripped. Toilet worn and when flushed filled to top before flushing. Cabinet around sink was torn and ripped up. Bathroom needs upgrades."

"Arrived tired, hotel couldn’t find our booking with you, blamed Expedia. Would like a 1800 number for you! After an hour finally got a room that was not what we paid for but was too exhausted to start again. Not the first time!"
