"Propreté de la chambre à améliorer, remise en état trés tardive 15 h00. Indisponibilité de place au petit déjeuner vendredi 5 / 06/ 2026 à 8h45 aucune table n'est débarassée ou alors sale. Pas de couverts, manque de viennoiseries. Sans parler de la panne d'eau chaude."

"Accueil au top, belle chambre, spa magnifique avec ses piscines. 2 ou 3 petits détails en chambre ( identification des capsules de café non identifiables dans les aménités, gel douche non utilisable pendant notre séjour), mais rien de bien gênant au final. L’hôtel est superbe et très bien placé."

"Great hotel at a great location, easy access and walking distance to Chambery town centre. Hotel is slightly dated however, but had all we needed for our stay. Dog friendly !"
