"The staff (particularly Florent) at Le Manoir des Impressionnistes are amazing! So friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I made a rather large mistake with our booking and they jumped into action to make sure that we were accommodated and comfortable. The manor is beautiful! "Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there.
