"Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!"

"The property was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. A special thank you to Obrian at the front desk for his excellent service. The entertainment was great, especially the Motown night, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was good overall. We ate only at the buffet, which offered a decent variety of options. However, some items would occasionally run out, and guests had to wait for them to be replenished. It wasn’t a major issue, as there were usually other choices available. One area that could use improvement is beverage service, as I often had to get up and find someone to refill my water. The beach was absolutely wonderful. My aunt and I spent most days there from 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Enjoying the beautiful water and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a great time."

"We had an outstanding stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The rooms were kept immaculately clean and well stocked. Staff went above and beyond in their helpfulness and kindness. There is something for everyone. Lots of beach. Plenty of shaded chairs and cabanas. Spacious pools with lounge chairs and swim-up bars. We stayed in a room with our own private pool which we highly recommend. Our favorite restaurants wereThe Kitchen Table, Jerk Hut, Caribbean Grove, and The Grill. Be sure to take advantage of the many opportunities they have to go on fun excursions. The Chukka tour was a lot of fun! Our only two recommendations is that the rooms install dehumidifiers and the drain stoppers for the jacuzzi tubs in the rooms work. We’ve never felt better taken care of while on vacation than we did with Excellence! I hope we can return again one day. Respect!"

"This hotel is worth the value. The rooms are well air conditioned, well priced, and the cleaners do a thorough job daily. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"They have roaches… It’s not completely infested but I saw 3 roaches during my five night stay. The rooms were slightly outdated but if they get those roaches under control this resort would get a better review. The food was decent. The entertainment was great. The layout of the property was great. It’s a well balanced all inclusive resort. Ownership should invest in renovations and pest control. Then it would be at least a 9/10"
