Room was great, very clean, looked almost new. Bed very comfortable. Shower powerful and hot. Lovely building. Thoughtful touches like being able to use the wifi from outside the front door. I had to ring about registration and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We got an upgrade of superior room to deluxe room, which is very nice. Staff all very friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. Small spa area but good for the city centre location.
