"My experience at the Alfered Hotel was great. The staff were warm, helpful and very attentive. Upon check in they showed me where all the amenities were and even escorted me to my room. The room itself was very clean and had, probably, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel (and I travel a lot). I will note that the room was a bit small, but I was by myself, so the layout/configuration wasn't an issue. I was there during a major heatwave, and the air conditioning was perfect....

"We were in Toulouse during the dreaded 2 week canicule. The hotel was cool and clean and staff were helpful, letting us park next to the hotel in the pedestrian zone to unload and load our luggage. In the heat, walking 10 minutes to the parking lot would have been a challenge with all our luggage. It is in an interesting part of the city, but sadly it was too hot to explore. There is an elevator and breakfast was good."
