"Room was clean upon arrival. Room was NOT cleaned once during our stay (we were there for 7 days!). I had to ask for clean towels at front desk. Cleaning staff was rude. All employees I dealt with at front desk were helpful and welcoming. :). Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee and food was always “stocked”. Staff kept the room very clean and welcoming. :). Parking was convenient and accessible to room until large group of guests were allowed to take over parking lot drinking and...

"Hôtel is definitely really dated. Our first room had a noisy AC and the fire alarm was beeping. We got a 2nd room which was near construction so it was quite noisy. I needed to relax post-op so it was a no go. We were moved to a 3rd room that finally was a good fit. The staff was really great and the included breakfast was excellent. (Included for a limited time to my understanding). EV charging was a nice plus!"
