They have system issues and it absolutely ruined my stay. I was missed charged and when they tried to credit my account they added more charges. They told me they have a new system and it’s not working correctly. I tried to get the issue resolved during my stay but they never corrected the over charges. ...

Internet was great. The hotel was walkable to both shopping and the Bell Centre. Also a short Uber or medium walk to lots of sights and activities. Having a kitchenette was a great plus as well. We will stay here again.

Older building - heat was not working properly to control from individual rooms — so when it was 10 degrees outside, we were sleeping with the window open about 3 inches to get cooler air in to make sleeping possible. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
