"This was our first trip to seschelt and what a little gem of a spot the coolest little rooms lucky enough to enjoy the brand newly renovated room wife loved it ocean view beds were comfy ac was fantastic to cold for the wife lol great place to eat as well a bit busy on the road out front but Sunshine Coast is just busy deal with it we definitely will be going back soon"

"Small 4 room hotel attached to marina general store in the village of Egmont. Lots of character! Every room has a spectacular view of the channel. Clean comfortable and a decently equipped kitchenette. Friendly staff. A unique stay."
Backeddy Resort and Marina

"Our weekend stay at the Back Eddy was filled with fun, local friendliness, nature, adventure and so much more! We arrived by boat so moored in the marina, we loved the dome, it really was camping without having to bring much with us. The bed was comfy and towels, shower coins were provided. The bathhouse a short walk from the dome. We rented a firepit with wood for a sunset fire. Egmont was friendly, would recommend the walk to the rapids during peak time and a stop at the bakery on the way there or back is a must! Definitely plan to go back and do it again soon."

"We had a wonderful stay at West Coast Wilderness Lodge. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to the beautiful scenery and enjoying breakfast overlooking the water made the experience truly special. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Sunshine Coast. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Egmont! We would happily return."
