"Great apartment, had everything we needed, air conditioning works well, cooking was easy, the bed was very comfy and the cleaner was brilliant. The pool is great, an oasis after being out and about. The lady who runs the place was friendly and could be contacted night and day. The only downsides have nothing to do with the apartment, the beggars on the street are a pain, as is the rubbish and dog poo. "Wonderful hotel right opposite the beach. Staff were amazing very friendly and polite. We ate a couple of times at the hotel and found the food inexpensive and tasty 4 pools so always sunbeds available Would definitely recommend and hope to return Cape verdian night at the hotel a must with live music and dancing"

"I could not praise the staff enough at this hotel - they are all so friendly, helpful and super attentive. The food options were excellent and the buffet meals changed daily (with a few consistent staples. Whilst I agree with some reviews that the rooms are a bit outdated - they were always cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was not outdated (and who spends enough time in the hotel room to care about it being outdated) and had a good blend of natural elements to make every part of the hotel enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "
