"The feel of the property was luxurious, however when we checked in (late at night) our air con wasn't working. The floor was so hot it felt like underfloor heating was turned on. Two calls to reception said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked to switch rooms, which was not possible. The next day when I was trying to check out, the maintenance man came to fix the air con, which was no use to me now as I was trying to pack up and leave. "A fight broke out in the lobby between a group of ladies celebrating a 40th and all the reception staff did was say ‘shhhhh!’ Which was hilarious. Definitely not equipped if things escalated. For such a hot place having a small bottle of water as complimentary was sub par. Very average stay, would not come back"

"Bit of a mixed one! The hotel definitely isn’t 4 star more a 3 and it’s much bigger than we realised. Room I checked into wasn’t great and I was moved no issue. Apartments have all you need but cleaner doesn’t clean or didn’t clean ours during 4night stay. Location is great and so was breakfast. Only visited pool on last day and found a quieter one. Again all clean and functioning. We paid £165 each for 4nights which is very good value just pics hotel pics are just slightly misleading in terms...

"Excellent hotel. The staff on reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely, it was huge like a suite !! Everything about this hotel is great, the pool area, the rooms, the breakfast all great. The only minor issue is that the nearest supermarket is about a 15 min walk away and the nearest shop to get water etc is at the petrol station about a 5 min walk. The port is about a 15-20 min walk away and the main town of Estepona a 30 min walk. We would highly recommend this...

"The hotel is in a beautiful location, and we really enjoyed the ambiance, especially the pool area, which is very relaxing. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
However, we experienced a strong smell coming from the bathroom in our room. Housekeeping could also be improved, as the room was not cleaned thoroughly, and room service was quite slow to deliver the items we requested.

"A refined hotel amongst many in the region which are less so. The feeling is quite exclusive, but of course, you pay for that. The food is very good, although “Lobster served with chips and a crispy fried egg, which sounds irresistible, is disappointing at euros 110 for two people,1 small lobster, between 2 does not go far. We will definitely return though for the sweetbreads cooked on the Josper!

"Location is good. It's down a narrow street with limited parking so you have to drop your bags off outside the hotel and then park. Great views from the terrace.
