We were greeted with a smile and lots of energy for a Bills game day experience, most staff had their jerseys on and were really excitable for the game. We couldn’t have been made more welcome!

We enjoyed the friendly staff, especially Andrea and the recommendations the staff gave us for eating out. Breakfast was very good with fresh waffles on tap, which my daughter enjoyed! This hotel was a one night stop-over before heading for Niagara Falls. Would have scored higher because the hotel was fine, and we had no problems at all. When we stayed they were going through a refurbishment as it had just been taken over by one of the larger chains, marriott or something similar. Great property - enjoyed our stay here

Friendly host. The hotel is a bit dated, but room was spacious and clean. The location is very good. The host is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely consider for next trip.

Nice quiet hotel. Food in walking distance, and close to road network.
