I think we can agree with 'Rustic with friendly staff' to describe Hill End Lodge. The negatives can remain as 'Why would you expect anything more?.. it's a Bush Lodge'

Great getaway
We booked this as only accommodation we could get for a touch tournament in Mudgee. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the serenity and of the accommodations to its fullest. i would love to go back and be able to enjoy the facilities that are provided. Ideal getaway for couples or group of friends. ...

This was an excellent spot to access the Bathurst 1000 and although a bit of a drive, it was well worth it. Loved the sheep!
