Pre-paid reservation, however took twenty minutes to sort out our two rooms. Hotel as a whole tired looking & in need of renovations. Wall to wall carpet in one room quite stained & dirty.

Very 1970s hotel. Room was OK,but access was strange - you had to go through the bar to get to the room. Room had been modernized but it didn't look like the carpet was included. Poor exterior maintenance of stairs and railings.

The tub was very dirty and the beds are super firm. Other than that nice place to stay if you can sleep on ultra firm beds
The pictures looked nice, but this is NOT a 3 star hotel, more like a 2 star motel. The staff were helpful, but for the price I paid, this was disappointing in quality for the Wyndham brand.
The staff were very friendly and over the top helpful. The hotel is clean and has a good restaurant. The building is older so it's not shiny ans new but well worth the price.
Have to walk through the bar with children to get through to the rooms. Have to go through the smoking outside area with bags and kids to get to room upstairs om sketchy looking Stairs.
Unfortunately we were disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel is fairly run-down and needs redecorating and modernising. The rooms are quite dark, although clean. It is a budget option but we have stayed in other hotels at the same price which are much nicer. There is a pool which was a welcome extra and the food in the restaurant was good quality. Unfortunately there was no breakfast included which other similar hotels do offer. Service overall was slow and the hotel seemed understaffed.

We had difficulty with our reservation when we reached the hotel. The beds were very hard.
The rooms could use an upgrade. We were there 5 nights and the washroom was not cleaned properly either of those nights and one day the room was not even vacuumed.
The pool was closed our last night day there by the health inspector.

A good stay.
Was what we expected. Beds were a bit uncomfy and rooms need updating but the room was clean and we were looked after wIt's The courtyard and pool was great for my two young boys.
The room was very outdated, carpet was in desperate need of a good cleaning...tub had no plug nor did the plug in the sink work, key card entry did not work due to being to hot ac unit ran at full speed all day and night and room was mildly cool, bed tag said 2007 for a hotel i think that is a little bit to old and could explain why i could barely move in the morning main desk lady was very nice and helpful
Restaurant staff however was absolutely terrible took forever to get any service and when you did it was poor at best food was also terrible i drove to Vernon or Armstrong to eat dinner
Would not satay again or recommend anyone to stay here
Our room was in terrible condition. It had recently been smoked in and reeked of second hand smoke. The carpets were badly stained. The wallpaper is peeling/bubbled. Te beds are uncomfortable. The electrical wiring was exposed and completely unsafe with small children. The fridge didn’t work, even when plugged in overnight. I had brought milk/formula for my baby that I couldn’t keep cool in the fridge. With the faulty and exposed wiring the room was completely unsafe for children, we had two with us. This hotel is rated 3 stars on Hotels.com and the rating must be very old because it should be a 1 star hotel.
The one highlight of our stay was the front desk service from Debbie. She was caring and understanding and just lovely. The owners of this hotel should do everything in their power to keep her on staff. Employees like her are one in a million!
In general this motel price cost much higher than the room standard and the price same as normal 3 star hotel but without any breakfast! Definitely not suggest other family traveler booking this hotel.

I wouldn't stay here again unless I was homeless
The best thing about this hotel was the people. However the room was outdated and dirty. We asked for a ground floor room because we had a lot of luggage and there is no elevator. I was informed that it was a pet room and asked if we had allergies, we don't. I said that was fine as long as it is clean. It was not. There was a yellow stain that looked to have been freshly wiped, in the middle of the floor. The bathroom was so old i couldn't tell if it was dirt or just really old grout and calking.
We reluctantly ordered food from the restraunt and the staff was fantastic and engaging, and working their tails off.
But the food was basic and the portions were so small my 2 year old was still hungry after eating a full meal.
After our dinner the boys decided to go to the pool. It was freezing cold (july) and dirty. After that everyone needed a shower. Then we tried to go to sleep on the bricks for beds, needless to say it was a long sleepless night.
This hotel needs an update!!!
Nice Hotel, we were early but the staff got us in.
We were late coming back (9:00pm) and the restaurant just closed. (darn it)

One to avoid
Negatives - given difficulty at check-in about Expedia reservation; to get to room, we had to take our things up a slippery outdoor staircase; room stank of smoke due to other guests smoking in the passage and down at the pool patio in front of room; room terribly outdated and dark: way over-priced for the quality of accommodation
Positive - room was clean and basically comfortable, staff at checkout in morning were helpful and up to speed.
