"I would not recommend this hotel. My husband and I chose not to purchase the all-inclusive package because we were only planning to sleep at the hotel and spend most of our time outside exploring. Unfortunately, we felt judged and treated differently because of that decision.
We are Dominican by nationality but residents of the United States, and we felt that the staff showed less respect and courtesy toward us than toward other guests. It seemed as though they were more interested in how much money guests were spending than in providing good customer service.
The hotel was also very expensive for the level of service we received. Several staff members came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made our stay uncomfortable. No guest should feel discriminated against or treated differently because of their background or purchasing choices.
Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we would not stay here again."
