Good prospects but really need maintainance.
"The executive room I got was spacious, but it was a bit dirty and run down. The laminate floors looked nice, but were sticky, rather dirty and had a funny smell, as if someone puked before. The room had a "toilet sewage" smell from time to time. The reception was kind enough for provide air fresheners ..."

"Hotel nya bersih dan tenang, berdekatan dgn A.Yani Mal Pontianak, namun agak jauh dari pusat kuiiner disekitar Jl.Gaah Mada.. Secara keseluruhan is oke.."
