"A beautiful and cozy Château! It was thoughtfully made with a focus on customers experience. We really enjoyed the restaurant, we were treated with some French Magic! Regrettably the wine they suggested to me with my main course was a left over bottle so I got half a glass. I was asked if I wanted another kind of wine but it didn't gave any meaning to just have some wine. But aside of that the experience was amazing, the employees polite and we would definitely returning back to this place. Also, we decided not to have breakfast because if you are not a heavy sugar carb eater, the choices are limited. They had that "sad" scrambled eggs that are not fully cooked in order not to be dry with time. It will be so nice if they just had some fried or soft boiled eggs, it is a minimal try and could excuse for as to get breakfast. I hope they will think to add this next time."
"Lovely hotel with great facilities for the price. Easy parking, car chargers etc. The only poor bit was when we sat down for dinner it took half an hour for them to sort drinks. Dinner itself was very nice once they got going."
"Newly renovated Hotel that has 5 stars room though decided to stay on a 3 star rating (with just 14 rooms they don't need a 24/7 front office staff, dedicated landline in every room, etc. etc. which are base requirements for a 4 Stars + rating...).
Spacious, new, airconditioned, perfectly located, amazing breakfast, awesome staff, great bar prices... We will definitely go back when next in Burgundy
The one caveat... The restaurant... Definitely not up-to-par compared to the quality of the renovation. While conveniently located next to the Hotel the atmosphere is "cold and uninteresting" (which shouldn't be hard to do in "Wine Country") and the menu, food quality is below 3 stars... So sad that such a gem couldn't make it to the restaurant... and especially strange as the breakfast buffet was wonderful..."
"The hotel was good for an overnight stay on our travels through France to Italy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. it was good to have free onsite parking. It is a short drive to Dole town to sightsee and eat. We didn't have breakfast as our dog was not allowed and it was 12 euros each."
"A stunning gem of a location. Absolute superb surrounding and the feeling of being the only ones there. Very impressed with the traditional upkeep and every room was mesmerising. Good selection of breakfast. Suggestions: a larger and better functioning fridge for guest to store their food. More flexibility as to where guests can eat and drink and to be less restricted. Highly recommended"
