"Superb family hotel! The apartment was set up perfectly, giving the children and adults ample space and freedom whilst centred around a family space.
The children’s playroom is amazing, a great way to spend an hour or so before or after dinner, or to relax after a busy day exploring.
The hotel team are attentive and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend highly enough."

"Once again thank you to all the staff from Upon including the restaurant. I stay here every three months when I come and see my son and he truly loves it there. Breakfast and the burgers are the best, FYI if you are coming from the States check it out you love it.
Pingo Doce grocery store right accross the street from Upon.
Uber eats and Uber quickly delivery and pick up.
Colombo Shopping Mall 15 minute walk from the hotel nice and safe.
Benfica stadium right across the bridge
Great rooftop...

"Check in was difficult in that I needed physical entry cards not the digital one and this proved much more complicated than it should have been. They did not as per the website send a code to get such keys. Had to chase several times to find out how to get them
Apart from that lovely flat, well equipped, clean. Very well located. Would have been 5* with smoother check in"

"Our studio door is directly on the street, not behind the gates pictured. The main bed is IN the loft(low ceiling). While I loved the coziness, there are no windows in loft. The stairs to loft are sturdy but open. One railing along wall was also sturdy. Loft railing was loose. ( we never requested repair)But open stairs can be problematic for some. The shower entrance is quite narrow.
On the positive side: very clean, well equipped kitchen, tile floors, clothes steamer and hairdryer provided....

"Ein kleines Paradies mitten in Lissabon
Das Villa Dorothea ist ein wirklich wunderschönes Boutique-Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich und persönlich empfangen und mit einem Willkommensgetränk begrüßt – ein schöner erster Eindruck, der sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestätigt hat.
Das Hotel ist wie ein kleines Dorf angelegt, sodass man sich hier wie in einer kleinen Oase mitten in der Stadt fühlt – ruhig und gemütlich, obwohl man zentral...

"Excellent stay! The location was perfect, and we absolutely loved the place. The room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!"
