"Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and well-maintained, staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The gym and outdoor pool area was a nice touch too. Location is solid for getting around Bangkok. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great overall, central location, great breakfast, friendly staff, stylish clean rooms. The japanese style toilet was nice but it wasn't grounded (I had to disconnect it from the outlet because I felt the buzzing). There is also no sauna. "

"Highly recommend getting breakfast included with your booking. Great Thai and Western options. The restaurant during the day has a great menu and the food options tasted amazing. The staff was always courteous and attentive—very welcoming every single time we left or entered the building. Every call, they picked up and were able to easily assist or answer our questions. There is laundry on-site so take advantage of it by asking the front desk. We stayed 7 days and the rooms were made up every day we needed it to be. They also offer room service and it was a good value."

"Large clean rooms, staff were excellent excellent, in particular James Mint was there daily always helpful Located in a quiet street off of Sukhumvit. Great location, about 10 mins walll to BTS station Phong Phram station. Tops market close by."

"Came as a group, but checked in earlier alone without friends. Was charged 2000 for my deposit while my friends of different ethnicities got charged only 1000. We were all checked in my same front desk employee within a few hours of each other and charged different amounts. Upon check out, friends where given deposit back immediately while they kept my whole 2000. Was given a few different reasons ranging from alleged smoking in the room, to odor from all the wet clothes during songkram. Unfortunately when asked about laundry was told it’s not available. I have stayed here many times, but seeing how the management and staff interact with you depending on ethnicity leaves a bad taste. We come here every year, and probably will look for somewhere else for the next trip, previous trips were amazing here but I could see a clear difference based on race and the hen staying here individually. Very disappointing as I used to recommend this place to friends and family all the time"

"I was not impressed thisntome.around by the room they offered me .With my Expedia status in should get upgrades when possible and feel I was downgraded .Asked for a coffee machine ,couldn't help .jI am also very disappointed with Expedia staff who did nothing to help when I mentioned my issues withnthe hotel.Empty excuses that meant nothing in terms of actual help "
