Room set up was really nice, looks really modern and intimate since we were on a stay-cation. Bathroom 8/10 - the bathtub and shower head need a refresher. The tub and the wall paper in there, gave me the ICK. The tub is super outdated and the shower head needs to be stronger and cleaned a bit more. One of the towels were stained, so luckily there were two more to choose...

"We checked in and immediately got to our room and noticed two what appeared to blood stains on the floor. I went down and asked for another room which they obliged, however, did not seem surprised at all. The reassigned room was run down and worn out. The wall thermostat didn't work which left us freezing our first night, we ended up using the controls directly on the wall unit to get some type of climate control. The shower water was lukewarm and the tub did not drain well so you were left...

"Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!"

"A little gem within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Mill Valley. We started the day with a full, fresh, and delicious included breakfast. Our room looked out on redwoods and was clean and comfortable. Amenities for the bath were plentiful and of good quality. There is a 24-hour front desk with friendly staff and free parking on the premises. We will definitely stay there again when in Mill Valley."

"Way better than expected. Rooms were a great size, it was quiet and the amenities were great. Booked room 9/10 for two adults and two kids, each had our own bathroom. It was great. "

"Our room had a very fowl odor of something rotten when I went to the front desk to report it and to see if we could get to a different room I was advised that that was not possible and then if I didn’t like it, I could leave and go to a different hotel they did offer a refund. On Expedia it says there is a breakfast and that is a lie. They call it a grab and go which consists of a fruit bar, or small muffin or a package of oatmeal and coffee that’s it."

"Room did not appear to be well cleaned. Hair found in the shower, bathroom sink, and in the bed. The hair in the bed was the most disturbing as it made us suspect of the bedding had even been washed in the first place. "

The grounds were well maintained. The only thing was that the hot tub was not in service, but it was absolutely fine since its not really the time of year for that anyway.
