Dear Management,
I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your Comfort Inn & Suites location and to request a reimbursement for one day of my stay.
Upon entering my room, I observed red stains on the bed, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding cleanliness and sanitation. This should never occur in a hotel operating under the Comfort Inn brand.
Additionally, the internet service was down for the entire two days of my stay. Reliable internet is a basic amenity that was advertised and expected, particularly for guests who rely on it for work or communication. No resolution or adequate explanation was provided during my stay.
To further compound these issues, the room above mine was excessively noisy throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to rest. Despite the expectation of a reasonably quiet environment, the disturbance continued without intervention.
Due to these combined failures—cleanliness, lack of advertised amenities, and ongoing noise disturbances—my stay fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. As a result, I am formally requesting a reimbursement for one day of my stay.
I expect a prompt response addressing these concerns and confirming how this reimbursement will be handled, as well as what steps will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.
