Disappointing, verging on intolerable.

The advertisements are lying about the pool. It seemed to be permanently closed. Breakfast is a joke and one of the employees couldn't even make coffee correctly (and I know it is something they are doing because it was fine with the other person). The rooms are clean, but dilapidated. The bathroom door wouldn't even close due to significant water damage. Housekeeping did come by every day, and the bed was comfortable enough. This hotel serves it's base function, but only just. Look elsewhere.

Never Again!

The room it's self was large seating area then a big room. Tiny tiny bathroom. Dirty walls holes in walls. Bedding was actually clean. And comfortable. What made all that worse is when we got up for the "breakfast" Bread for toast no butter or jelly. Cereal, bit no milk. No juice. Waffles probably would have been good but we were told there was no spray so no waffles. No muffins no donuts nothing. Breakfast starts at 6 am we got there 6:20 am So it's not like they ran out. So Never again.

The property was in really rough shape despite being surrounded by some nice businesses. The entire exterior (from the parking lot to the stairs to the buildings) was borderline dilapidated. The room was not particularly clean: it smelled of smoke when I first arrived, there was some noticeable trash on the floor, the sheets and pillow cases had various unknown stains, there was chipped and peeling paint on the walls and in the shower, etc. I killed at least a half dozen of some bug that looked like a miniature roach during my 3 night stay. There was no iron or ironing board to use for my clothing on my business trip, which is usually a staple. The Continental breakfast was just some cereal, a single waffle maker with syrup, and some white bread (I didn't even see a toaster). The air conditioning worked well though, the water pressure and temperature were good, and it was generally quiet while I slept. But sleeping is about the only thing I'd recommend at this property.

This was the nastiest room ever. First of all there was no deadbolt or chain on the door. Didn’t feel like the door locked good at all. The room I was given was dirty with pieces of wall & trim missing. The table in the kitchen are had a dead roach on it ( not recently dead) & there were bugs crawling on the wall in the kitchen. The bathtub looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The sheets looked clean but had old cigarette burns. I stayed all of 5 minutes & left, besides being dirty & neglected I did not feel safe at all.

They wouldn't give us toilet paper place totally disgusting had cockroaches everywhere fridge didn't work both sinks leaked everywhere and didn't drain they charged us for key that stopped working that wasn't our fault all the sheets and blankets dirty and stained absolutely terrible experience

The property photos on Expedia are misleading. I did not stay upon arrival. It was rundown. There were people walking around with shopping carts. A couple throwing food or something off the second floor balcony. Took me a week to contact manager to try for refund with no sucess. This was by far the worst experienceI'vehadon Expedia..

For people that can’t get an apartment

San Antonio does a horrible job with the people with mental health issues. The apartments will not allow my son to stay at a a reasonable apartment because of his “ pending “ background. Places like these motels make it possible for him to live somewhere without being homeless on the streets.

The worst hotel ive ever stayed at we booked 2 days for my husbands birthday fathers day trip we ended a 3 day trip i had been planing for over a month the first night at 1:30 am because my 2 children could not sleep beacuse there were people fighting outside our door my youngest child was scared and crying to go home because they were banging on the walls and doors we and had to drive till 430 am to get home!!! The pictures look nothing like the building or the rooms there was a gaint hole in the shower wall dead coakroaches on the floor and the tv made loud screeching noises with lines threw out it it claims to be family friendly but this is more of a ran down crack hotel for homless drunks do not bring your family here
