Well the property is not in good conditions. The carpet in the room was really dirty, the bathroom has no door and has mold. The bed makes alot of noice when you move. The roof is in really bad conditions. Is nothing like what they show in the website. Is dirty everywere you look. People drinking and loud music in the parking lot. They offer breakfast, when you book the room but they dont have nothing to eat for breakfast. They just lie and the people that are in the lobby are rude not helping people . Is horroble experience with that hotel...

It's not okay that your room's carpet was dirty, the bathroom didn't have a door and had mold, and the bed was noisy. Room crown molding coming off wall ceiling by bed, hundreds of bugs inside room art pictures, wood frame on bathroom door coming apart so had to literally slam door to close, closet door warped and wouldn't shut, room mirror dirty, baseboards and corners filthy, sink was clogged and 5 dead mosquitoes floated up when 1st turned on. Only options for breakfast are dry cereal or waffles, nothing else.Was in Room 222.

This place was nasty there was bed bugs and roaches everywhere the sheets had stains all over them i had to go to Walmart and buy sheets to put on my bed the bathroom and floors were black and had mold on them the health department needs to close down this place immediately. It was convenient for where I needed to go. Close by dining and shopping was good But, there was barely any hot water flow both in the sink and shower. The hot water turned on full at the bathroom sink was a very thin stream. This was also true for the shower. The choice was a trickle of hot water or a higher flow of barely warm water.

To begin with the door to the room was not in the best condition. The first thing we see is the beds, and those were the worst part. They were stained and really old. The counters were dirty as well. If you want a room that isn't good quality but provides the basic needs like a working bathroom and a bed then it could work for you. The pictures on the website need to be updated because they do not match with the real thing.

The location from first glance looks sketchy. The rooms weren’t too clean and nothing worked. When asked about the fitness room, I was told the that everything is out of order. Oh I forgot, they gave the room I booked to someone else who they claim to have same last name as I . Air on the side of caution when booking .

Property needs lots of simple maintence. Room 136:No batteries in smoke detector, crown moulding falling off, very mouldy around tub, fruit flies in sink, trash around property, pool chairs broken and not useable.

Insects in the room, homeless encampments under the bridges on the property that no one is attempting to deal with or help, poorly maintained room, people making noise at all hours, and a seemingly indifferent front desk staff. The one thing I will give them is the effectiveness of their housekeeping. They were spot on.

Potholes. Homeless people living on the property grounds. 2:00 AM yelling and screaming on property grounds with hotel management doing nothing about the noise after our repeated requests.This place is unsafe and violent. Fighting on property. We cannot sleep. Dirty rooms. Filth on headboards. Hairs on sheets. Missing moldings on walls.
