Check in was fast but other than good customer service our bad experience was in our room, the bed sheets were stained and the room had a very strong pee odor. We felt gross staying there and we will definitely not be back there or recommend it. Stay somewhere else.

My only complaint is that my shower was dirty . They obviously didn’t cleaned it before we checked in. But the hotel itself was nice. Good breakfast, good parking .

My daughter purchased me the room as a mother's day gift to get me out of the house into a quiet environment. #1 im handicap and the beds are tall. #2 the floor is slippery because there is no carpeting, i was afraid to walk to the restroom. #3 all night all i could hear was the elevator open and closing, the people coming in n out of their rooms- i guess there was a party, the child next door crying and slamming the drawers and the people above me. I did call the front desk and i told the gentleman i didnt want to be a nuisance- but i cant rest. Well i guess he told the guests and the people above me got louder stomping around. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a hotel stay before. I stayed up, ate my breakfast and traveled home.

My experience was mixed. The exterior was impressively clean and organized, and the lobby exuded a welcoming atmosphere. However, upon entering my room, I was greeted with a strong odor reminiscent of recent construction work. The AC unit emitted a moldy smell, which made the room (308) feel damp and unpleasant. Unfortunately, the smell persisted throughout the night, leaving me feeling unwell in the morning. Despite the promising exterior and lobby, the room's condition significantly detracted from my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The room was different than advertised. Some furniture items that were pictured in the room in the hotel advertisement for that specific room type were not in the room I was issued. They presented a request for late checkout option while reserving the room making it seem a late checkout option was available.. but 11am was the latest the property would do. The AC unit in the room was also quite loud. I ended up not staying at the property despite no refund.

We checked in after 2am, 3rd floor was loud. Couldn't get to sleep till way after 4. Asked for a late check out but was granted only 30 minutes. Overall property was in good shape. We found quit a bit of trash in our room, our bathroom had next to no soaps, the water pressure for showering was horrible and it took almost 5 minutes just to get the water hot enough to shower. Doubt we'll stay again 😔

We liked how close it was to stores, restaurants and the hospitals which was the reason for our stay there. We didn't like how one of the persons was rude to my husband when he went to get our room cards reprogrammed. Except for that,everything else was great!

First, the owner or older man tried to up charge me when I went to get snacks and drinks he was charging me $8 and the younger gentleman charges me $6. Thought it was very odd. Then I needed more towels and they asked me to take them the ones we had? I said “no, we need more.” Then from midnight to 3am people were talking loud in the hallway slamming doors and kids running up and down. Horrible experience

The rooms were clean and spacious. They had some good Breakfast options. Lots of different restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Unfortunately it is my first time I had a bad experience at La Quinta. Let me start with the positive. The bed was very clean and comfortable and location is convenient to be close to the airport. The negative: now they charge for emotional support animals even with medical documentation. It got worse, the water pressure in the shower was minimal, the sink did not drain properly. My husband tried to iron his shirt and it stained it. There was an old stain on the couch. If they are charging for pets, all pets including emotional support and trained animals, one would think that goes to clean better. Lastly, I always loved La Quinta customer service. This time it was just an interaction and very inflexible. In the past, I have been able to check out a little later. I had two rooms and only needed one to check out later and without any qualms I was just told it was not possible. I know I’m not expecting a 4-5 star service but in my experience with this hotel, the service was always excellent. Sadly that seems to be getting lost. All I was told when I checked out and brought up these issues was “ohh I’m sorry, you are all set”
