Hotel Palace Inn SCLC
This is the first place that actually placed attention to details. The window can be opened without issues, room is spacious, there is heating and also air-conditioning. Hotel Dulce Luna
The building amplifies noise. It is easily gets loud. I can hear every word of my neighbor's TV as I write this. My room is tiny. Good luck getting hot water.
