"Stayed for a week,a lot of info was withheld and the organizers weren’t transparent about. There’s trash on the side of the house,they’ve continued to let guests who were obnoxious rude or violent stay there. Each time it was brought up,it was dismissed. I personally witnessed the staff steal a guest’s food and be absolutely rude about it. "Male staff were extremely disrespectful verging on harassing. Utter disregard for your safety. People banging on the door at 5:44 in the morning. Had people messing with your car. When you ask for help from the reception staff, they were mocking and rude. They didn’t send check-in information so I was out on the street at night asking how to get into the building. The light fixture was broken and didn’t work. They didn’t fix it. The kitchen area was not clean."

"Left after 30ish minutes because our room was genuinely uninhabitable. No fire alarm/co2 alarm, air conditioning wasn't working, when we came in it was close to 80° in the room. It was a hot day in LA, and I have health problems, so did not feel safe staying.
Now, the hostel is dodging calls from Expedia trying to get a refund on my behalf. I would urge travelers to think twice before booking here."

"I had a delayed flight. I called the property 3times the day before arriving to cancel and got no answer. I tried calling once more the day of and same thing no answer. so I called Expedia who also called and got no answer. I finally got a text late that day giving check in instructions.
