This is the second time I stay in this hotel and I really like the rooms. They’re very nice and clean comfortable and it’s quiet. The staff is always very nice and very accommodating. If you bring your vehicle there’s parking across the street and market. It’s in front of the hotel so it’s amazing For transportation.

This is a great property, especially for those simply wanting a clean space for a comfortable night's rest with basic amenities at a reasonable price. My only quip is the hotel windows open but do not have screens. In a hotel without air conditioning, it's reasonable for guests to wish to open a window for some fresh air. However, without screens, it's not a pleasant option given the mosquitoes, if staying during the warmer months.

This gave me hostel vibes and not in a good way. No parking onsite. Was not aware it was a 10min walk after you even find parking. After seraching for over an hour. No bathroom or shower in the room. Ladybin the neighborhood told me car windows get bashed in and was not safe.

It’s a good place in general. You get what you payed for. Good located. Small rooms but functional. There’s not as much noise as I expected and it’s a safe place to walk around even at nights. They offer water, tea and coffe at all hours in the lobby. I liked that there’s always someone in the lobby as well. I would definitely stay there again.

Great value and location

Jasmin at the front desk was very helpful and kind. We were able to check in early and hold our luggage after check out so we could grab some lunch. Much appreciated!

Front door locked and no one at the front desk when we arrived at 8 pm after confirming an 8 pm arrival at their request. No parking at the hotel, no help from staff in locating nearby parking. Bathroom door would not shut. No call button for the elevator on 4th floor, up only, no “down” elevator. No closet in the room. Grungy common areas.

Very nice property for the price! We stayed for 3 nights and it was great! The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and staff was welcoming and very nice. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but we arrived early, around 12pm and we got super lucky and were able to check in early so that was so great! The location is also great! The bus stop is right in front and it takes you to the main touristy area! Would reccomend to anyone who is looking for a nice affordable and comfortable stay!

Convenient Hotel to the sites of the City

Conveniently located hotel on Market Street with streetcar stop in front. The hotel is showing its age but very clean. The only thing the property lacks is air condition but SF rarely is too hot.
