The hotel room is a surprise. Clean, spacious with all the required amenities.. even the bathroom is very roomy.
Only complaint would be lack of a decent breakfast deli walkable nearby.. and no dining options in the premises
Check in was smooth despite being very late (1145pm) with a remote agent on a kiosk. Room was clean and new, parking was very easy (about $10/day).
Wifi was spotty, was informed the internet company would have fixed it the same day but continued to be on and off the next day.
When I pulled in I thought to myself wow what a cute property. When I checked in through a kiosk while a live person at the desk stared at me I started to wonder if I’d made a mistake. They wanted additional money to park in front of my room which they charged separately. Once inside the room it was great, filled with all the new up to date goodies and a super comfortable bed. My advice to the owner: drop the kiosk and have the live person help people during normal operations hours and just include the parking in the room charge.
The property is small and quaint. We’ve stayed there a few times now. Newly renovated. The rooms are big. The layout is a bit awkward. Sink outside the bathroom. Some rooms have a bedroom but no bedroom door. Needs wider and longer blackout curtains. The price is worth it even for its awkwardness.
absolutely loved this place and will be coming back I love the location and it's nice and quiet... very comfortable and it's my new getaway spot for sure..
The rooms were clean, the location is actually pretty good compared to others down the street in the same area. We felt safe, even at night. It's around 30 minutes to the piers, the park, the beach, and other attractions. 12 minutes to Starbucks and Target. It's not far, just city driving takes up the time.
There was 1 thing that was a minus for me was the super loud AC/Heater. It sounded like an engine and woke me up every single time it auto turns on when set to auto temp, I'm just a light sleeper, the kids slept through it. The bathroom is very small, the sliding glass doors leaks water when showering, making the mat towel very wet after every shower.
When you first check in, you'll talk to a screen, the receptionist is remote, but very helpful and friendly and always available. The parking is assigned, but not in front of your room. So make sure you request 1 infront of your room when you book and check in.
Overall I'd recommend this hotel over others in the area.
The room was very very clean almost seemed brand new, parking was great. i guess my only complaint would be the front desk it’s someone working virtually while there was an actual worker at the front desk I said i was going to check in and he pointed me to the kiosk with no words spoken I think it was a little rude, along with neighbors were a little loud all night til about 2-3am but settled down after a while! Overall the suite was very nice and clean
