Absolutely fabulous staff from the front desk to the waiter at the restaurant. The rooms were lovely too! And the location in SF was safe, clean and close to Chinatown. We will definitely be staying there again. It’s Luxury hotel at average SF hotel prices.

The hotel location was optimal, and my room was lovely. Unfortunately, the pool is under construction, so it was not available to hotel guests. The housekeeper ignored my Do Not Disturb sign on the door and entered the room to clean it, even though I specifically told her not to. Then another day, ...
