"The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful — no complaints there, they clearly care about guests. Unfortunately, the room itself didn’t get the same love. Housekeeping seemed to stop at “looks fine from the doorway”: there were old bobby pins, hair ties, and dirt tucked between the bed and nightstand. ..."
